Follow These Simple Rules to Avoid Scammers

• Check the website where you enter your login and password for access to your electronic payment tool:
  • Our official address starts with https://nodabank.ru.
  • Additional address: https://noda.finance/.
• Always verify the sender:
  • SMS messages from us will be from NodaBank.
  • Emails will be from @nodabank.ru.
  • If you see something different, it's a scam. Do not click the links and delete them.
• Install and regularly update licensed antivirus software:
  • If using Windows, enable automatic updates.
  • Refer to the "Customer Guide on Protection Against Malware" below.
• Never share sensitive information, including:
  • Login/password for your Personal Account
  • SMS codes
  • Electronic payment tool number, expiration date, CVC code, or PIN code
  • If someone calls pretending to be from the bank asking for this information, hang up, verify the official bank number, and call them directly.
  • Do not redial from your call history; manually enter the correct phone number.
