RNCO NODA JSC reports on the frequent cases of specifying
incorrect details of the budget classification code (hereinafter - KBK) in
orders for the payment of a single tax payment (hereinafter - EPP),
which leads to an increase in complaints and litigation with
payers.
We draw your attention to the inadmissibility of specifying in
the details of the field "104" of the order on payment of the EPP the value of the KBK
other than the KBK of the EPP - the value of the KBK for the EPP
"18201061201010000510".
Please be careful when filling out the details
of the orders.
